night departures from Vermont to NY or any trips with less than 4 passengers
will pick up or drop off at a Metro North commuter train station in Westchester
Vehicles
do not stop at all locations unless there are reservations.

arrive at least 15 minutes early!

Please
do not distract or talk to the driver while vehicle is in motion.
No
alcohol to be brought into any vehicle, open or sealed.
Anyone
who consumes alcoholic beverages or smokes and/or is disruptive will be removed
from the vehicle and ticket forfeited.
Different
type & size of vehicles are used, determined by the amount of passengers.
Each
VT, CT, RI, MA destination has a 3-person minimum, daily trips have a 6 person
minimum.
We
are not responsible for delays. The travel time is an estimate, which can be
extended by traffic, weather, or unforeseen problems beyond our control.
Trip
may be delayed a few hours or changed to the following day if there are
dangerous ice or snow conditions.
Regarding
the Friday 6pm trip: If snow or ice is forecasted for the traveling areas then
we will change the departure time to Saturday morning at 5am if
the snowfall has ended or the trip will be delayed until the storm has ended.
If
the modified schedule is not possible then you will have a credit for future
usage, no refunds. Friday night trip from Vermont to NY depart after the
arrival from NYC.
Reservation
credit card holders are financially responsible for any accidental
(spills/stains) or deliberate (vandalism) vehicle damage done by their
passengers.
We
are not liable for theft or damage to any possessions left inside the vehicle
or damage to luggage (they are stacked) or any breakable goods.

receive a trip credit you must call to cancel by phone at least 4 hours before
scheduled departure time.
A
trip credit can be used for any of the locations that we service year-round for
the same value.

$70 administration fee will be charged for all declined debit cards, credit
cards, bad checks, charge backs and any theft of service recovery proceedings.
Arrive
at least 15 minutes before scheduled departure time!
