Winter Schedule 2009
The schedule can be changed to a different
time if there is enough demand. Ask us if you have any ideas or notice a
conflict in scheduling.
Fall foliage schedule is flexible and based
on demand.
We can set up any schedule and location for
groups of 6 or more.
Holiday Monday’s are on a Sunday schedule.
New York City to Mount Snow, Stratton,
Manchester, Bromley, Okemo, Killington
Monday to Thursday & Saturday / Sunday:
Depart Dublin Bar on 79th street
between Broadway & Amsterdam at 10am
Friday:
Depart Dublin Bar on 79th street
between Broadway & Amsterdam at 1pm or 6pm
Mount Snow, Stratton, Manchester,
Bromley, Okemo Killington to New York City
Monday to Thursday & Saturday:
Depart Killington at 1pm, Okemo at 2pm,
Stratton at 3pm, Mount Snow at 3:30pm
Friday:
Depart Stratton at 11pm, Mount Snow at
11:30pm (to Westchester Metro North Purdy’s train station)
Sunday:
Depart Killington at 3pm, Okemo at 3:30pm,
Stratton at 4:30pm, Mount Snow at 5pm
Vermont locations:
Mount Snow stop: 7/11 with liquor store on
route 100
Stratton stop: Stratton Welcome center near
base lodge
Manchester/Bromley stop: Avalanche Motel on
route 11
Alternate Bromley stop: Mountaineer Lodge at
Bromley
Okemo Location: Cumberland
Farms/Gulf in town, Jackson Gore Inn $10 extra
Killington location: Ski shack at bottom of
access road
Travel time: is calculated at the speed
limit with a 10-minute stop between movies and no traffic or storms.
Mount Snow 4 hours, Stratton/Manchester/Bromley 4.5 hours, Okemo 5.5 hours,
Kilington 6 hours.
Vehicles do not stop at all locations unless
there are reservations.
Always arrive at least 15 minutes early!

Fares:
Round-trip $139 One-way $69
Okemo Fares:
Round-trip $159 One-way $79
Killington Fares:
Round-trip $179 One-way $89
Surcharges:
$10 per person per stop along route for
pick-up/drop off other than designated stops.
Fee higher if more than ¼ mile off route.
$10 per person holiday surcharge

Policies for everyone’s safety,
consideration and enjoyment during the trip:
We want you to be satisfied with our
service and we will do everything possible to make sure your trip is safe and
enjoyable. If you have any questions, issues compliments/complaints or
suggestions please call us at 917-861-1800 to discuss any topic.
Please call to confirm before 12pm on your
day of travel if the departure is in the afternoon.
If the departure time is in the morning,
please call by 8pm on the prior day.
If you cell phone does not receive calls in
Vermont, please give us a number that works.
While movies are shown, cell phone use is
not permitted unless you are whispering or checking your voicemail/email.
Please do not distract or talk to the driver
while vehicle is in motion.
No alcohol to be brought into any vehicle,
open or sealed.
Federal Law states that: anyone who consumes
alcoholic beverages or smokes and/or is disruptive will be removed from the vehicle.
Please no heavy perfume or cologne (a little
goes a long way). In an enclosed vehicle it causes some people to have burning
eyes and throats.
Please do not open or eat any nut products,
some people have nut allergies.
Important information:
Different types & sizes of vehicles are
used, determined by the amount of passengers.
We are not responsible for delays. The
travel time is an estimate, which can be extended by traffic, weather, or
problems beyond our control.
Trip may be delayed a few hours or changed
to the following day if there are dangerous ice or snow conditions.
We are not liable for theft or damage to any
possessions left inside the vehicle or damage to luggage (they are stacked) or
any breakable goods.
Parents are responsible for any damage
caused by their children. Parents of small children are requested to have
travel related items readily available before entering vehicle (baby wipes,
garbage bag, toys) Please do not bring any children that have a history of
travel related behavioral problems or car sickness. Parents are responsible for
keeping children from disrupting the other passengers or driver.
Schedules are subject to change and demand.
Reservations:
Reservations are made by phone by
credit/debit card.
No refunds, credit for future trips only.
To receive credit you must call to cancel by
phone at least 2 hours before scheduled departure time.
Credit cards cannot be accepted in the
vehicle.
Credit can be used for any of the locations
that we service year-round for the same value.
To reserve a seat we need: Name, number of
tickets, home, work, cell, and lodging numbers, departure location and travel
dates.
A $70 administration fee will be charged for all
declined debit cards, credit cards, bad checks, charge backs and any theft of
service recovery proceedings.
Arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled
departure time!
