Winter Schedule 2008

The schedule can be changed to a different time if there is enough demand. Ask us if you have any ideas or notice a conflict in scheduling.

 

1-21 & 2-18 are on a Sunday schedule.

New York City to Mount Snow, Stratton, Manchester, Bromley, Okemo

Monday to Thursday & Saturday / Sunday:

Depart Dublin Bar on 79th street between Broadway & Amsterdam at 6am or 10:15am

Friday:

Depart Dublin Bar on 79th street between Broadway & Amsterdam at 3:15pm or 6:15pm

 

Mount Snow, Stratton, Manchester, Bromley, Okemo to New York City

Monday to Thursday & Saturday:

Depart Okemo at 1pm, Manchester/Bromley at 2:30pm, Stratton at 3pm, Mount Snow at 3:30pm

Friday:

Depart Mount Snow at 11pm, Stratton at 11:30pm (to Westchester Metro North Purdy’s train station)

Sunday:

Depart Okemo at 2pm, Manchester/Bromley at 3pm, Stratton at 4pm, Mount Snow at 4:30pm

Eastside of Manhattan, Westchester & CT pick-up/drop off has been discontinued and we no longer allow pets.

Vermont locations:

Mount Snow stop: 7/11 with liquor store on route 100

Stratton stop: Stratton Welcome center near base lodge

Manchester/Bromley stop: Bob’s Diner on route 11

Alternate Bromley stop: Mountaineer Lodge at Bromley

Okemo Location: Gulf / Cumberland Farms

 

Travel time: is calculated at the speed limit with a 10-minute stop between movies and no traffic or storms. Mount Snow 4 hours, Stratton/Manchester/Bromley 4.5 hours, Okemo 5.5 hours.

Vehicles do not stop at all locations unless there are reservations.

Always arrive at least 15 minutes early!

 

Mount Snow, Stratton, Manchester/ Bromley Fares:

Round-trip $125 One-way $65

Okemo Fares:

Round-trip $145 One-way $75

 

Surcharges:

$10 per person per stop along route for pick-up/drop off other than designated stops.

Fee higher if more than ¼ mile off route.

$5 per person fuel surcharge (total charge for one-way or round-trip).

$5 per person per trip holiday surcharge (12-21 to 1-1, 1-18 to 1-21, 2-15 to 2-21).

Policies for everyone’s safety, consideration and enjoyment during the trip:

While movies are shown, cell phone use is not permitted unless you are checking your voicemail or email; it is rude and annoying to everyone that has to hear your conversation. You can use them only between movies. Please turn them off.

Please do not distract or talk to the driver while vehicle is in motion. If you have a question, wait until vehicle has stopped.

No alcohol to be brought into vehicle, open or sealed, we will throw it out.

Federal Law states that: anyone who consumes alcoholic beverages or smokes and/or is disruptive will be removed from the vehicle.

Please do not wear perfume or cologne. It is offensive in an enclosed vehicle and causes some people to have burning eyes and throats.

Please do not open or eat any nut products, some people have nut allergies.

Important information:

Different types & sizes of vehicles are used, determined by the amount of passengers.

We are not responsible for delays. The travel time is an estimate, which can be extended by traffic, weather, or problems beyond our control.

Trip may be moved up or delayed a few hours or changed to the following day if there are dangerous ice or snow conditions.

We are not liable for theft or damage to any possessions left inside the vehicle or damage to luggage (they are stacked) or any breakable goods.

No large (over 24”) hard luggage. Soft baggage is preferred.

Snowboards out of bags only, mounted outside of vehicle.

Parents are responsible for any damage caused by their children. Parents of small children are requested to have travel related items readily available before entering vehicle (baby wipes, garbage bag, toys) Please do not bring any children that have a history of travel related behavioral problems or car sickness. Parents are responsible for keeping children quiet to not disrupt the other passengers or driver.

If you decide to eat or drink in the vehicles and this results in the staining of seat(s) or carpeting you will be responsible for the cleaning or replacement of the damaged item.

Schedules are subject to change and demand.

 

Reservations:

Reservations are made by phone by credit/debit card.

No refunds, credit for future trips only.

To receive credit you must call to cancel 2 hours before scheduled departure time.

Credit cards cannot be accepted at the vehicle.

Credit can be used for any of the locations that we service year-round.

To reserve a seat we need: Name, number of tickets, home, work, cell, and lodging numbers, departure location and travel dates.

 

Arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled departure time!
